THIS IS MY CAT HER NAME IS VIIOLETTTT & hi yes i have been juggling different projects (as per usual), but I can say have been making steady progress on the Ballroom forum, **3’s new instrumental EP cover (blog post on this soon)**, and more flash for my inventory.
But starting with Ballroom, I needed to tighten up the routes and make sure everything stayed consistent and predictable with my variables, and Ruby on Rails is not an easy language to just jump into. I had to take the time to read a lot of the wiki and understand its tools and frameworks, but as a result, my wireframe turned out exactly how I imagined it. And I do plan to have the interactive sounds and themes off rip for launch too. However right now a wall im stuck at would be polishing the mobile layout and accessibility.

This is the first time I have built any type of message board system, so I have been learning a lot about sorting, deciding on if i should design in mind of subforums or tagging. Im also looking into anonymous thread creation and interaction, along with user account onboarding and site wide user profile customization.
But yea over the past few weeks I made a batch of smaller improvements on here. It hasnt been as much as I’d like, but i think its still meaningful progress.
- Removed the deprecated visitor tracking API and related config.
- Updated the footer component for clearer interaction and better styling.
- Renamed a few theme labels to make them easier to understand.

And with the semester is finally ending again, I should be a lot more active with posts, writing, and artwork. I might also do shorter posts sometimes, since I occasionally just want to talk about random stuff like how i miss destiny 2 or how i how much i hate systemic corruption or share quick update pictures. There are no real rules here.

I have also been making steady progress on my tattoo journey. I am planning a separate post for that, because I have a lot to share on that end.
